Measure: Amend 6B Noise Ordinance - First Selectman/Law Dept (item #17)
Passed on 2024-01-16
Re-establish a town noise ordinance. Different from the old noise ordinance, the new noise ordinance will be overseen by Board of Selectman instead of Board of Health and executed by the Town Administrator & COO instead of the Director of Health.
